The halt Kyrgyzstan supervision is charity rewards of up to �66,000 for the constraint of a son and 3 brothers of the suspended boss Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
Mr Bakiyev was rigourously charged in absentia a week ago for a massacre, and an extradition ask has been prepared. Belarus took him in after he fled in the issue of a rebel last month in that 85 people died. Mr Bakiyevs younger son Maksim, 33, and 3 of his brothers are longed for for grave crimes along with Daniyar Usenov and Igor Chudinov, dual former budding ministers underneath Mr Bakiyev, the Kyrgyz supervision said.
